Here's some of your frequently asked questions about ordering a wedding cake online. We hope these will help to answer any questions you might have before ordering.
Do you offer delivery for your Signature Wedding Cakes?
We currently are not offering delivery for wedding cakes ordered online. If you would like to order one of these cakes but require delivery, please get in touch for a quote: firstname.lastname@example.org
We offer delivery when ordering bespoke cakes. You can make get in touch for a quote via our Wedding Cake Enquiry Form.
How should I transport the cake to my venue?
All our wedding cakes come stacked and dowelled with a central dowel. The cake will be boxed and will need to travel flat in the boot or footwell of the car, not in the seat or on someone's lap. Once home the cake is best kept in the box, in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight and NOT in the fridge, unless required due to very hot weather.
What is your cancellation policy?
Due to last minute wedding changes, you can move your wedding cake to a future date or cancel your wedding cake order for a full refund up until 7 days before your collection date. Please get in touch as early as possible if your wedding plans change. We understand weddings this year are a little less predictable than usual, but please only order a wedding cake if you have set a date for your wedding.
Can I add decoration to my wedding cake order? I want something bespoke...

Can I taste your wedding cake before I order?
Yes or course! You can order a wedding cake sample box to sample our cake in the comfort of your own home. You can order a sample box online. Please note that we only offer 11 of the flavours for our Signature Wedding Cakes. If you'd like a fruit cake please get in touch.
