Rustic Yule Traditional Fruitcake

This classic fruit cake is bursting with sultanas, currants, raisins, cherries, dates, mixed peel, and ginger, all soaked in a rich blend of rum and brandy. Covered in marzipan and finished with smooth royal icing, it’s dressed with dried oranges, cinnamon sticks, star anise, edible pine cones, and delicate sugar berries for a truly festive centrepiece.
